1.      Brief Introduction 

 Steam shrink tunnel is used for shrinking sleeve labels to kinds of bottles: the regular and irregular round, square, flat and women-shaped bottles. sleeves film seals bottles’ caps /necks, wraps bottles’ body even cover bottles’ bottom by shrinking.

To get smooth shrink effect, we usually adjust the heights and positions of the 3 sections of steam spray tubes insides of tunnel.  Bottles run on the conveyor, the shrink usually goes from down to top of bottles.

1)Blower motor’s speed for steam exhausting is varied and adjustable

2)Passivating treatment to steam jet pipes, working life at least 4years

3)Round steam jet pipes save 30% steam at least.

4)The elbow which connects blower motor is made of SS304 stainless steel.

5)The whole of frame and doors are made SS304 stainless steel.

6)The steam spray tubes are made of SS304 stainless steel.

7)The steam transmission tubes are made of SS316 stainless steel.

8)The leafage inside of blower is also made of SS304 stainless steel.

9) The blower motor’s holder is made of SS304 stainless steel.
