1.      Brief Introduction   

Electrical heating shrink tunnel is used for shrinking sleeve labels to small bottles’ body or seal bottles’ caps or necks. The sleeves shrink films can be PVC, PET or OPS. , by electrical heating pipes ,the pipes becomes hot and heat air , While sleeves go through the tunnel the hot air  will shrink the film sleeves.

Compared to steam shrink tunnel, electrical heating’s capacity is limited, so electrical heating shrink  is mostly used for small sizes of sleeves , such as bottles neck and caps. The advantage is no water left on bottles than steam shrink tunnel.
